The following night, the groove continues with the Maarten Russchen Blues Band at Café Enfin in Maastricht. Guitarist and vocalist Maarten Russchen leads the band through an energetic mix of blues, jazz, funk and grooves, joined by Saskia Laroo, Warren Byrd, Taco Nieuwenhuizen and Sin Banovic.

In A Tribute to Miles, Monk & Trane, the duo celebrates the music and spirit of jazz legends Miles Davis, Thelonious Monk and John Coltrane, combining trumpet, piano, vocals and improvisation in their own personal and spontaneous style.

For this special 2026 concert, Saskia will add her own mix of jazz, funk, world music and improvisation to the band’s adventurous sound.
